To report brand infringement on eBay, use the Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) program:

  1. Log in to eBay and go to the VeRO reporting page.
  2. Provide details of the infringing listing, including the item number and seller information.
  3. Submit proof of your trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
  4. Explain how the listing infringes on your rights.
  5. eBay will review the request and take action, such as removing the listing.

For easier detection and faster enforcement, Trama offers a dedicated brand protection solution.
